Here is a interesting street light! There are 2 of these in this post office parking lot and this is one of them. There is also one GE M400 that is 250watt MH. I don't know any thing about this fixture but it could be MV? Sorry for the not so good photo...

I remember there was discussion about those fixtures in LG...but sadly they were all deleted.....it took us a while to find out what they were, we all did think it was a Joslyn...but it turned out they weren't......it was a different brand...but I kinda forgot.....I THINK it began with a W...but not Westinghouse....

As I said in the other comment, Joe Maurath said its a NEPO integrally ballasted luminaire.
