2 Lamp Trigger Start for pair of F20WT12, F15WT12, F15WT8, and F14WT12.

I intended to replace the rapid start ballast that keeps stuck on preheating until I ignite across the bulb by fiddling with switch and/or bulb.

hey dude...if you are having a problem with it getting stuck on glowing the cathodes unless touching lamps or whatever sounds like a bad grounding problem...NOT a ballast problem, simply fix the grounding wire and make sure the body is grounded...plus clean the bulbs...that should solve the problem...

I had this with grounded with three prong outlet. Maybe I should check for the grounding continuity when I take that apart to be sure before I do the drastic changes.
