Sweet find! From looking at the other pic, they are 175w mercury. Made by GE, not sure of the precise model designation but it is a variant of the Form 400.

Has a NEMA tag on the reflector... Neutral Could this be a Form 250? LOL I thought i made that one up! Laughing
