My M-400's Bad Capacitor The M-400 never warms up all the way. Any lamp I stick in takes FOREVER to start warming up and ends up lighting a LPS yellow and about as bright as a 50W HPS. The cap is bulged on the bottom and top so I assume it's bad. I'm going to order a new one on eBay to make the M-400 shine again! I was thinking about converting the M-400 to metal halide but the insides look REALLY nice. Once it's washed out it'll look close to brand new I bet. Keywords: Gear
