My Three GE Shorting Caps These are used and all are in good condition, the one farthest right in the best condition. The left two are slightly yellowed and the far left one is a couple cracks on the other side of the top knob, which pulls right off. Inisde the hot and load lugs are just bent together and welded (well i guess that's what you'd expect lol. Keywords: Miscellaneous
