Here we see all 100w HPS lights. The L-150 was almost definetly drop lens, but there's a flat glass in there. This is central Ave in Pawtucket, RI.

Blackstone Valley started using HPS FCOs in the 80s on select installations, so the L-150 may have always been FCO.

It's possible... I know there are two ITT 13 FCO that are 70w HPS to the right of this pic.
