Yep, I've seen two types used here, the older one which is a no right turn sign with the text "ON RED" below and the newer one which is like the older one except they used a symbol of a red light instead of the text.

This Streetview shows what the intersection used to look like when it had wood pole span wires up,the walgreens currently standing across from the spot i took this pic formally had the spot of another Rose City Motel much like this one...it will be visable in streetview if you pan the camera to the southeast.
