Did you see what brand the lamp was.....its a bit hard to see...
Silverliner14B   [Dec 31, 2009 at 02:31 AM]
Probably a Philips or Westinghouse, in my experience most BTs in NEMAs are of said brands since they came packaged with them.

the Bulb didnt appear to have an Etch Anywhere.... Confused
GullWhiz   [Dec 31, 2009 at 05:29 PM]
it MAY be Philips or Philips/Westy....they tend to have whitish light etch....for some reason....
Form109   [Jan 01, 2010 at 03:28 AM]
also note the odd manner of installations....it seems that the Arm cant support the Weight alone....so a Strip attached to the Building is Attached to the nema Via its Leveling Bolt....ill have to check to see if this thing is still there.

"Nice" redneck single guy arms. i use the term "nice" very loosely
joe_347V   [Oct 03, 2011 at 11:25 PM]
I've thought of doing that using some cable. Shocked Laughing
streetlight98   [Oct 04, 2011 at 12:25 AM]
So have I. Not with a stick of metal though. Laughing
Form109   [Oct 08, 2011 at 10:02 PM]
doesn't look like a "stick" to me.
joe_347V   [Oct 08, 2011 at 10:22 PM]
Looks more like a strap. Laughing
Form109   [Oct 08, 2011 at 10:23 PM]
yeah ive seen these in hardware stores...the Strap...what are they used for?
joe_347V   [Oct 08, 2011 at 10:26 PM]
I think they're for strapping pipes and ducts, but I've used them to mount caps before. Shocked

Unless you're talking about those metal pieces with holes in them.
Form109   [Oct 09, 2011 at 09:47 PM]

Ah I see, personally I would have used cables to support a arm though. Razz
