Is the reflector attatched the same way as the american Westinghouse ones? (there's a clip in the front that uses pressure to hold in the reflector)
lite_lover   [Oct 30, 2011 at 09:21 PM]
This one is screwed into the top housing
streetlight98   [Oct 30, 2011 at 09:46 PM]
Ahh. They Cooperized it. Mad
gailgrove   [Oct 30, 2011 at 10:14 PM]
Darren doesn't yours have a piece of metal connecting the reflector to the latch? My Westinghouse Canada one does and I see two rivets where it would connect, the other end on mine is just held in place with tension on the socket. There is no screw on mine.

I wonder when did they start to use this reflector?
gailgrove   [Oct 30, 2011 at 10:23 PM]
I think that is only for FCO, for SCO lights they may still use this reflector.

I think the older FCO OV 25s used the Westinghouse reflector but I'm not sure yet.

@ Niall and Michael: False alarm, not totally Cooperized lol, yep it does have a metal piece connecting to the latch and held by the socket end,I must have been thinking of a different fixture.

I wonder on the brand new OV-25's by cooper made TODAY... if they would have the redesigned hinge that you see on the OVD, or OVH, or OVZ, or OVX.
streetlight98   [Oct 31, 2011 at 02:47 AM]
The new ones may have a new hinge design. Doesn't the M-250R2 have this hinge design?
joe_347V   [Oct 31, 2011 at 02:56 AM]
Oddly the late model Canadian Westy OV 25 also had the same hinge design as the one in the pic.

I notice this has a lot of similarites with the 1970's OV-25. With the exception of the terminal block, hinge, and other things, but lots of similarites.
