haha shadow ban on a 15w means it just gives enough light to see!

Yeah, kind of like banning the shadow from a candle! Razz

This bulb has GEs earlier Q Coat finish which was different from the soft white silica coating it later used. The Q Coat bulbs look milky and translucent.
