Neat Photocell....is it expensive compared to a regular PC?

I think they're like $15 or so at Home Depot. Not too much more than the regular ones they sell for $9.98 (here anyways). You can get regular PCs for far cheaper buying in bulk (like $5/unit if you buy a box of 50) but not sure on a price for name brand programmable PCs like this.
