Philips made inside colored 25A19s and 40A21s in Mexico for a while and they were fantastic. I bought some around 2005 but in speaking with the sales person on the phone, I found out that supplies were dwindling. Not long after that, I started seeing spray painted Philips bulbs from China that were just awful. The inside coated ones had really good color saturation and of course the finish was indestructible since it's on the inside. I think this also came in 60A21.
