It seems that the Best Buy name preceded the Econo-Lite name, interesting! I have a 40W appliance lamp with a similar etch, so your Best Buy lamp is likely a pre-CGE.

Those are GE 34W Watt-Miser Commercial Use fluorescents in wrap-around fixtures.
