Changing To HPS

I saved this from way back when BC Hydro was beginning to do the change-over to HPS. This was from May 1990 and some communities were starting to replace other light sources that year with HPS as well as BC Hydro our utility in two years changed all their own lights,other municipalities and where I live were changed out in 1992.Back then which is over 20 years ago (wow how time flies) my Province had around 205,000 street lights,I wonder how many there are now with all the development ,road and highway improvements there have been.
