Here in Israel, the only incandescent lamps imported to be transparent colored glass lamps like this lamp, are the infrared R and PAR incandescent lamps to reduce their visible intensity (Altough they are still dazzling me). Colored incandescent lamps imported to Israel are only with a colored opaque coating similar to incandescent buglights (An this is relevance to Europe also as colored tranparent decorative lamps is unique to the US).
