I have been seeing a lot more things with ETL approval over UL or CSA...

I heard a ETL listing is cheaper than UL or CSA apparently, anyone have any insight on this?
streetlight98   [Jan 29, 2012 at 10:14 PM]
Hmm. Why do companies like GE, Cooper, and AEL offer UL listing as an OPTION? I mean, either all of their lights comply or none do... Confused

Utility products do not need to be UL or CSA certified and follow other regulations.
