Philips F96T12/DX/EW
These are currently in service in my workshop 8 foot slimline fixture. Since it's rarely over 60°F in the basement, they always start with striations. Less than 3 minutes after they're fine though.

However when the basement fireplace is lit, temperature can easily get over 70°F in the basement. In those conditions they start right away with no striations!

Yeah, they're definitely not the best ones. Those two pictured above are still working perfectly though.
