That pic was taken during dusk, in daytime it's so dim the streetlight doesn't even appear lit at all! It sports a very dim /DX lamp. I guess the maintenance team of the place (a campground), like many people, wait for the lamp to completely burn out...
Last time I checked the light (in August 2010), it was still working, burning dimly)
