Frost FBLL ballast for 15W-22W fluorescent tubes.
Found with the Sylvania starter and the CGE tube. This one is probably my most quiet ballast, I can barely hear it, even with my ear very close to it!

EDIT: That brown thing covering the etch looks nasty, but I easily removed that greasy dirt with Sunlight dishwashing liquid, Sunlight power! LOL

Thanks Smile What's cool is that I found a new place to dumpster dive with lots of electric stuff, including old appliances! (I used to go in another place, but I was told I couldn't grab stuff there anymore...)

Nice find too Vince, I've never seen a preheat ballast with terminals on it instead of fixed wire leads before.

I have four of them with the above one. These are the best for experiments if you have to connect/disconnect frequently the ballast. Old stoves seem to be the easiest place to get one of those.
