Cooper OVH Insides.
Here is the insides of the OVH. Different than mine, better CONDITION than mine. Plus the hinges aren't broken.

The arm is shoved into the last step.. Like usual.

Has a GE lamp. Which is a GOOD thing.

Looked at the label, it was made in 2004. Sadly I couldn't get a picture due to how the fixture was laying there.

The OVH uses screws instead of bolts???? Neutral

What do you mean? The OVH and current cooper fixtures use screws with hex-heads. The OVS/OVM and below (to OV-15 and OV-25 or even before those) Used just normal screws with either flat heads or Phillips heads.

I believe mike is talking about the slipfitter. They have a flat head screw but you can use a 9/16 socket to tighten the slipfitter as well. The hex head/flat head screw for internal gear is used in many manufactures fixtures.

Any cobraheads I install at work Ian are to the last step. that is a standard practice at NU.

Most fixtures are designed to be LEVEL at the last step. Like the M-250 R2, M-400 R3, 125 it seems. But the 115 has a big flaw. Even on the MIDDLE step the 115 tilts up. The 115 probably needs a better design step-slipfitter.

Yes, I'm talking abotu the slipfitter bolts. Usually bolts are used instead of screws......

These are the same kind of bolts that my OVZ has. They aren't screws. They have the big hex heads and are shaped the same as any other bolt. They just have the slit in there for some reason.
streetlight98   [Nov 21, 2011 at 09:09 PM]
That means it's a screw then. Razz Screws can have hex-shaped heads.....

This OVH has been put back in service, with a new door. Proudly lighting the road again. xD

What was wrong with the old door?
