it was made for the meet on high intensity prismatic sheeting. its a full sized real sign. The whole setup was free standing and fell over before being tethered to the flatbed behind it. When it fell it crushed in the top visor and shattered the plastic lens in the top signal. The lens was replaced and the visor was left alone
