Inside the Econolite
Here's an interior shot of the long groove Econolite, made in 1956. The overall signal was restored, and it was my first attempt at restoring a traffic signal back in 2001. The lenses in this signal are generic TL-4777 (known simply as the saw-tooth pattern) The ALZAK spun aluminum reflectors show their age with some minimal spotting and I had to resolder a few wires on the sockets.
