Underside of the 1992 M-250R2

I cleaned up the outside of the fixture but you can see just how dirty the inside is from the amount of dirt that spilled out the slipfitter hole when I propped the light up. Also note the NEMA tag. It's not typical of the ones used during that time. It actually looks more like a recent NEMA tag, but it is original. I'm guessing GE sourced NEMA tags from multiple companies, though I heard they were primarily sourced from Ohio Label Company in the 90s and early 2000s.
