Polefab median poles?

Seen these for the first time a few months ago. All the old equipment was replaced with polefab equipment at the intersections. Turns out these look just like the polefabs but just taller and thinner poles. There are also older roundish median poles used around here. (none that are new installs) that look very similar to these new installs. Not 100% on whether they are polefabs or not, but I think they might be. Here is a link to the installs.
