Sylvania Metal Arc Refusing to Start it may Look Bright in the Picture...but its just a Dim Green Swirling Arc....the First Few Times i lit it...it did this..of course i bet the Lamp was Fairly Spent. i left the Lamp Like this for a Few Hours and it Fired Up out of Nowhere....actually scared me too.
