Rte 99 isn't linked here but it has 80s relay controlled davits with tall 400w drop lens on the freeway and short 250W drop lens on the ramps.
Rte 146. All lights except for the last three exits are RIDOT owned. From the start until Breakneck Hill Road, 146 is continuously lit. From then on it is lit only at interchanges.
