Sweet! The drop lens version of this is my favorite currently made cobrahead.

I like the drop lens version too. I actually have a drop lens version Razz . It has a plastic lens and a 50 watt HPS ballast. Ill upload it shortly. Sorry about my pics its going to probably take a while for me to learn to take quality pictures.

This is a great quality pic. Cool

Can you take a picture of this open?

I've always liked how amazingly complex a FCO reflector is! But I've seen GE reflectors that were even worse than this one LOL.

Would you be willing to ship that one to me? Both streetlights in my street are out. Laughing

Vince, LOL no i dont think i can let go of my M250R2 FCO. Razz
TiCoune66   [Jan 10, 2012 at 03:07 AM]
Nah don't worry, it was just a joke Wink
HPSM250R2   [Jan 10, 2012 at 03:15 AM]
Yeah sure it was. You say it was a joke but you really do want this light Laughing

I still want a new M-250 R2. I HAVE one, but it is from different parts of different fixtures, the housing is from a 1992, the reflector is from a newer one, the ballast is from Alain, my M-250 R2 is just completely messed up. xD

If you have Graybars where you live, go there to get one. You can either go on the Shop Graybar website and look through the Graybar catalog for a part number, or go on the G.E. website and print out the spec sheet for the M250R2, and set up your own part number and bring it in to them.

Too expensive. I did get an AE 115 150 watt HPS (as seen in my gallery) At Grayar for only 70 dollars, what a good deal though!

Plus the graybar here only has AE fixtures, but there is also Grainger in Denver, and they have M-250 R2's, but waaaay too expensive.

What are all the fixtures you have in your collection?

Actually all my streetlights are posted on here now, i just uploaded the last ones. I dont have that many. Probably because i prefer to buy brand new lights. And it gets expensive. Thats why I don't have that many streetlights. Cause i never have money Laughing I ordered a G.E. 201SA NEMA head from Graybar last week that should be here any time now. Ill post pics when i get it. I also plan on ordering a 115 pretty soon.

There's a Graybar in Pittsburgh near the Community College that I used to go to several years ago.
streetlight98   [Jan 10, 2012 at 08:23 PM]
I like older lights better. They have more character to them and i enjoy restoring them. Smile

What brand lamp do you have in this fixture? GE? Can we see it lit?
streetlight98   [Feb 23, 2012 at 03:24 PM]
Likely a GE. It's not Sylvania since those are ET23.5...
HPSM250R2   [Feb 23, 2012 at 10:41 PM]
Yes it is a G.E. lamp. I will post a pic of it lit soon.
