HPS Underpass Lighting 
Here's a shot of a HPS underpass light, I'm not sure who made this style of wallpack but I've seen them on some older underpasses here. They use plastic diffusers instead of the more common glass prismatic refractor. There used to be a lot more lumes in here too...you can see some of the bypassed junction boxes and marks on the wall from the old lumes.

Hmmm those looks different from the Holophane/Westinghouse ones I know of....because there is no stamped aluminum top piece...

Interestingly back then the collector lanes used B2213s and the express lanes used B2215s, Here's another of pic the Powerlites, and here's more sources of old pics from around the GTA.
