This was actually a screen shot from home movies. The only footage I have of the collection that early. The DuraSig pedestrian signal was there too, but on a seperate area of the basement at the time.
The 8-8-8-12 on top of the custom control box is long gone. Sold the 8-8-8 signal in late 2006. I took apart the 12 inch section and sold it in pieces in 2007.
