I haven't seen an Eagle ATC controller before. Nice pic, BTW. What are the connections on the left, video?

It isn't an ATC controller. The controller is an EPAC M52. The display can be used on the EPACs, Eagle 2070s and ATC NX controllers.

The connections are as follows--

The "A" connector is for power only
The cable labeled "S10" is the SDLC datalink line controlling the signals
The 37 pin "D" connector (bottom right) is for vehicle detection
The connector directly to the left of the SDLC connector is serial communication for the closed loop master.
