Closeup of makeshift lens assembly
I ordered a V5AS lens which is the screw-type lens for the 201SA series, however it doesn't fit on a head with terminal board (mine). Although I was able to order the V5AL latch-type lens from Graybar, I'm temporarily holding the screw lens to the ears on the head with pieces of string. The light works really well, though.

Yeah, you need the latch one because the screw one has that extra lip for the screw holes.
