Those date to March 1991 by the way! Those are actually Westinghouse Design! Great find man!

They had orange end caps until around '93 or so. J-frog has some NOS Westinghouse branded F72T12/CW super-hi output lamps from '83, they are exactly like the Philips ones here aside from the name.
