Jackpot of ballast ... but wireless!
For some reason, the closer I get to the end of the dumpster diving season (which is tomorrow for me), the bigger the finds are! Here are eight of nine Philips 2XF40T12 rapid start ballast I found, all sitting in a tyle compound box, I was like "Wow!! Oh wait.... aww no wires on them!" LOL As you can see, two of them have been tested using those european style terminals. and guess what, the count is 2 tested, 2 working! I could either test the rest, or suppose they all work, as they have the same datecode.

I've gone into fixtures to replace a dead T-8 ballast and found existing F40s that had short wires, the contractors left them in and TEK-screwed a T-8 ballast next to the old F40.

Wireless ballasts save money too since they don't use any energy. Laughing
