A bug zapper with a blue fluorescent lamp in "Mega Bull" supermarket in Castra center. The color isn't that blue in reality. I was in this place twice and checked the color. It was more of a royal blue color similar to the equivalent LEDs color. This lamp is probably an actinic blue lamp and not an actinic UVA lamp (Blacklight fluorescent in the US). I think this light to bug zapper is better since no UV radiation producted. Still bugs attracts to deep blue light. Also exist in the market, are bug zappers with a green light, which someone in Lighting-Gallery said me that they are better then the regular bug zappers and attract more bugs. Why? Well I do know that bugs see the color green VERY well and blind to orange......I saw a bunch of covered lights in Colorado...all were MH but one was HPS.....and all had a bunch of bugs inside them....but HPS was clean!

HPS also produce well in green, since the sodium D line are boardend, there is a sodium line in the yellowish green and additional bands in green and blue. but it attracts less bugs then metal halides.
But i thought that UVA is the wavelength that the bugs are most attracts.
Because of the dim light of the green lamps of buglights, i think they produce both UVA and an additional green light.
LPS lamp is an example of light source that don't attract bugs at all.

@dor123: The green part at the Sodium emission is/are to weak to attract bugs. Probably 10 to 100 times weaker to the strongest emission, not sure of the intensity factor between the green emission and the Sodium D emission.
