My Private Eye would be the version came out before this one.

I recently bought one of those exact same Intermatic PC's. They take SOOOO long to respond! Like a minute-and-a-half!

I don't like those PCs either. It looks like there's a foreign object in this "private eye"....

Mike,
Actually this is Intermatic's electronic photocontrol. The thermal ones with the time delay have 120-277V printed on them. I see this one has 305V on it. This is actually their electronic version which has a 10 second time delay Wink

Hmm. I didn't know Intermatic made electronic PCs at that time. They recently came out with an electronic LED-friendly PC but this pic is from 2010. I didn't catch that it said 305V!

I remember changing out a lot of these PCs last year during co-op, I kept one, it's around somewhere. I still think these are horrible and fail very often. I was surprised by how many PCs fail off instead of on, I'd say every few lights that were out had a dead PC while the lamp was fine.

Mike,
Yeah that LED friendly PC is new. But they have also had a standard electronic PC for a long time. They've also got one that has a built-in timer so you can set how long it stays on after dusk. The model is K4536SS for the regular electronic one, and the one with the built in timer is model K4536SST. Just in case you want to check it out on Intermatic's website Very Happy
