General Electric Form 400.
Nice find! They have a couple of these, this is located in Forsyth, Missouri. (A town near Branson)

Took this with my phone since I didn't have my dad's camera on me. I dunno the wattage, many, like the one behind this, have been replaced. Some replaced ones still have the remote ballast, most do not. And two appear to still have the original form 400.

I need to update my albums, or add a new one. Now that I moved to Arkansas, the main places I go to now for potential pictures are Arkansas or Missouri, and occasional other states, but since I live about 15-20 miles from the State line of Missouri, but live in Arkansas. I tend to be either in Arkansas or Missouri the most. I need to take more pictures again, I don't do it as much as I used to. But I guess moving to the city and living in regular neighborhoods kinda changed things for the few years I did that before moving back into a remote location in a brand new house we just built.

Awesome! The Form 400s are likely 400W MV but there's a chance they're 250W MV. The wattage of the OVXs would probably tell you what wattage the Form 400s are. Totally awesome to see one of these old guys still going!

Getting rare to see in the wild.
