No I meant 100 watt. I want to know if these are really brighter, or more efficient than HID. There's a few LED's installed near me for testing but they seem to be half as bright as the 100 watt HPS cobraheads they replaced. I have to go back and see what their wattages are.
These are probably about as bright as 200W HPS or 250W HPS but I'm assuming they're designed to replace 400W HPS, and I doubt they're actually that bright. IMO, the fixtures should have a lumen output sticker on them in addition or instead of the wattage sticker, as that's more important. If they really want to know the wattage, there could be a sticker inside the light but having the lumens marked on the outside makes for easy identification of what wattages the light can replace.
Yeah I got off topic from this picture. I was talking about the lumen output of the RX1, cause David and I were talking about the RX1. The picture is the RX2. Sorry for any confusion. It well be nice when I can save some money to vacation up there. Then I'll be able to see all the different LED's myself. Since there really isn't that many here in Florida yet. At least not in Lee county where I live.
The Philips Hadco luminaires are probably my favorite LED street lights. But I like the smaller RX1 model better.
How bright are these compared to 100 watt high pressure sodium or mercury vapor?
