Yes, a very simplified one. The easiest way to tell is see if it's instant-response. If so, then it's an electromagnetic relay PC. If it has a long delay, it's thermal, though this doesn't look like a thermal to me. I have an old blue AE PC. The contacts arc when it switches on though (buzzes really loud and light flickers before it goes out).
