Vintage GE POWER/BRACKET.
Here you can see how I improvised the connections since the plugs to the upper and lower housings were missing. I was surprised at how quiet this ballast was. Every other GE with this kind of age (JULY, 1965) I'v seen is extremely LOUD!

Yeah for some reason their single-voltage ballasts are dead silent (well very quiet lol) while their dual-voltage ballasts sound like scoreboard buzzers. Laughing

Yep, any two-coil ballast with no capacitor involved generally means HX. If there's a capacitor between the ballast and lamp it would be a CWA.
