Eagle signal.
This is the newest addition to my collection an Eagle 12,12,12 signal with sequencer. This one is all cast aluminum and weighs about 60 lbs . My neighbors really get a kick out of it. I have it on a photocell for dusk to dawn operation it's on here because I had just uncovered the eye.

Oh wow this is awesome! 60 pounds?! Shocked My aluminum signal is only like 20 pounds.

Yea buddy, This one is large and in charge. I didn't think they made aluminum one any more.

Nice setup! Yeah signals can be quite heavy, my aluminium 8" light weighs around 35 pounds. The four way I have weighs a hefty 120 pounds. Shocked

I see it's a older incandescent model too. These Eagle Mark IV signals are still made but new installs of them are getting rare as places mostly use plastic signals now.

Thanks, 120 lbs, WOW! Yea the guy I bought this from had the same signal but with led inserts but I'd rather have incandescent because I can adjust the brightness and there not an expensive fix not to mention there classic.

That design has a long and interesting history between the several acquisitions of Eagle over the last two decades...Mark IV owned them, then Siemens owned them, now Brown Traffic Products owns them. The head itself isn't 60 pounds unless you're taking into account the hardware. Its only about 40 or 45 pounds. I used to have one like yours but in gloss black with LED fixtures, but sold it off

Thanks for the info.

Oh so this is the kind they had used here for years and years. Now I'm prety sure they only use the plastic ones now.
