Universal ballast kit for NEMA fixtures
This NOS beauty properly completed the incandescent-to-mercury conversion in my GE gumball. Previously, I used a yard light ballast but it didn't fit properly, so the lamp hung down at an angle and threw off the light distribution (though it didn't matter much at such a low mounting height). Installing this was a very quick job...it was a perfect fit!

Cool! Where did you get this?

Nice, I saw these on eBay a while back. I considered getting on for my Powerlite gumball but the shipping was bit much.

What a cool ballast! Cool

Will it work in a GE 201SA?
icefoglights   [Jul 14, 2016 at 01:20 AM]
I don't think so. The 201SAs have a different ballast mounting.

Thought so. The ballast in mine went DOA so I need another 100-175 watt choke ballast no cap.
