California Terrace CFL radial wave conversion
A radial wave at 389 California Terrace that also had been converted to CFL on a multiple circuit. I also noticed that there is a currently unused isolation transformer still hooked to the series line (can on crossarm visible near the top of this picture)

This fixture is located just two poles south of the series regulator at the top of the street near the intersection with Arbor.

Nice find to bad it has been converted. What in the world is that blueish green looking thing on the bottom of the transformer?

The blue-green thing is some reflective sticker (I took the picture with the camera flash on)

I saw the green dot and thought it was from a laser.
