The proper steps of a good painting job are often neglected. Many people will simply spray paint over the old one. That way you'll make sure it'll peel off by itself LOL.
well i know one of the crucial steps is to make sure the surface is clean and free of grime and such....what about primer and paint that supposedly has primer already in it?
