Honestly I was a little scared when I picked up this M400 that I would get caught. But FPL would have just thrown this away or recycled it. I have been wanting this style M400 for quite some time now, so I parked my car and threw it in the back seat.

The pole where I found this M400 still isn't repaired yet. The arm is still attached to the pole with 2 wires hanging out of the end of it where this M400 used to be. It's been like that for probably a month. FPL probably won't fix it til somebody reports it.
