400W? These were only designed to be used with up to 250W lamps... I'm guessing you changed out the ballast?

Sweet! I guess I'll be making a ballast box! LOL. What brand photocell is on this light? BTW, what wattage and voltage is your NOS M-250R? I'm guessing 100 or 175W MV? If it's 120V, we can test it when you visit me. (If it's 240V we can still test it too though lol.)
