Is that door on the Crouse-Hinds light busted? BTW, if you want i can send you an email with printable NEMA wattage labels so you can print your very own. I do one of two things: -put shipping tape over the tag to laminate it from the elements and stick it to the light with double sided tape OR - cut a 3.5" square of clear contact paper (you can find rolls of it it in the stationary section of wal-mart) and stick it over the printed label, which will both laminate it and stick it onto the door.

I also have a few tags that i printed a while ago that i don't need if you want those. I have a 1000W MH, 100W MV, 175W MV, 250W MV, 400W MV, 700W MV, and 1000W MV. These are in a generic font though unlike the ones i could e-mail you to print yourself. I have also a 400W PSMH, 750W PSMH, and a 1000W PSMH tag that are my newer design that resembles the 1980's GE wattage label font almost exactly.

I have an 80s GE clone set and an American Electric Lighting set. The GE clone set would match the 70s-mid 80s Westinghouse and Crouse-Hinds font. I'm working on a clone set for the late 80s Cooper/Crouse-Hinds font and Thomas & Betts font. You're more than welcome to both the sets I've completed for future use as well as the already printed tags. Wink

No problem! Glad to hear the door isn't busted. From the picture it looks like there are parts of it missing. Is that chipped paint or something?

it looks like electrical tape

I'd say it's paint. Look at the left side. The paint start fading to gray as it head toward the door's hinge. Same for the top part. It fades going right.
