Woohoo! Someone else has one of these! There's one in my mom's house - she hates it, but I love it. It has a fresnel lens and a switch built-in, though at my mom's house, it's remotely switched on a dimmer. The house was built in 1954.

Pretty cool! This fixture isn't mine though; it was installed in a store at an amusement park I was at a few years ago.
