Fuses!
5 or 6 more of those and I could fill the entire frame xD

Out all those cooking ranges I save stuff from, more than half of them have fuses, sometimes only two 15A fuses, otherwise a whole array of fuses. If they're still there, I grab them!

Most are type P (fast-acting, low fusion point), but a fairly good portion of them are of the older type C (fast-acting, but without the low fusion point feature), and a few are type D (delay, for motors and other charges with high startup current peak).

Sweet. I've always wondered: Why do fuses have the same base as a lamp? Seems like some idiot would but a light bulbe in a fuse socket or the other way around. Laughing Or worse yet: a CFL in a fuse socket. Shocked

Probably special screw length that is design to prevent ordinary light bulb screw into the fusebox Confused

also, you can add fusestats to a specific amperage so lets say only a 15 amp fuse will go into a 15 amps socket.

These are known as Type S here in Canada. But ordinary fuses DO fit in a light socket Shocked I guess back in the early 20th century they didn't bother to create a specific socket for fuses and used the same socket used for lamps.

Lumen Output: Connect to unballasted MOT and make arc to use as lamp Laughing

I really must show my continental fuse box used in the greenhouse it uses ES screw in fuse holder and they have an additional device so that only the correct value is used, they were used in Belgium, Germany etc and also some parts of Ireland
