Rocky Point Park Lights: Vandalized M-400
This has no glass, lamp, or photocell. It was also disconnected. NGrid probably did this when they cut the feed to the pole to the right of this pic that fell down. The upsweep arm was parallel with the pole and there was practically nothing left to the M-400 except half the top housing, a broken PC recptacle, and a rusty ballast. NGrid took the light and arm off the pole but left the pole as-is.

This light is no more. Pole and everything, gone.
