Crouse Hinds L-150
New addition along with the Tudor....The C-Hinds L-150 with 150 watt HPS...it also has 100 watt tap for 100 watt HPS option! 

The ballast was shorted.....so I replaced it with an AE ballast but used the same original starter the came with this fixture!

The refractor is a GE right?

Well it's more of an off brand, but similar design but it doesn't have a GE logo anywhere. It came with a plastic squarish GE refractor....

Crouse Hinds OV-25. There is no such a thing "L250" or "L150".
